Gotomeeting is an online meeting software used by around 18 million users worldwide hosting about 76 million online meetings a year.

My role

As Lead Designer for GoToMeeting mobile (iOS and Android applications), this was one of the strategic projects I worked on to improve the GoToMeeting iOS user experience.

About the project

One of the projects that I took early on in this role was redesigning the “Meeting Join” experience for iOS app. 

I like to introduce this project as an example of design lead by intuition and experience and validated by data.

The project resulted in a significantly better user experience that was underscored by a 2 point increase in Net Promoter Score and 68% increase in revenue generating feature of the GoToMeeting iOS app.

While I was design lead for GoToMeeting mobile, our efforts to improve the GoToMeeting iOS user experience resulted in a 10 point increase in Net Promoter Score (our measure at the time for quality of product experiences)
