GoToMeeting SALES EDITION
About the project
Gotomeeting is an online meeting software used by around 18 million users worldwide hosting about 76 million online meetings a year. GoToMeeting Business made a decision to come up with a Sales Vertical focused offering for the product.
My role
As Lead Designer, I was tasked to come up with a Sales focused offering for GoToMeeting. Together with a Product Director, a UX Research counterpart & a Sales Expert I led the Design and Validation activities and designed and validated the new product offering.

Contextual interviews to understand Sales vertical, User roles and Sales cycle
We started with a series of in depth interviews targeting Sales Hunters, Inbound Sales People, Outbound Salespeople, Sales Managers, and Sales Supervisors.

These interviews helped us articulate problem statements and sales cycle
Ideation
As a team, we brainstormed solutions using Crazy 8's technique
Rapid Prototyping and Validation
I created prototypes for some of the concepts and we tested them using moderated and unmoderated user tests.
Updated Designs
I tested and iterated on the designs to create the final designs. Finally we split the development work into 3 different MVP phases. MVP Phase 1 is currently being estimated and devlopement work is to start later this quarter.
